Biography

Multidisciplinary Sound Artist From Finland

Waskivaara is a sound artist blending archaic Finno-Baltic vocal traditions with contemporary technology. Her immersive works treat the voice as instrument, archive, and agent of change.

Using digital tools and open-source systems, she explores whose voices are remembered—and why.

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of the Arts Helsinki and works under a pseudonym to center the art, not the artist.
